I found the location very convenient. It was close to many train lines. Dozens of dining options were also within a five minute walk. The front desk staffs are excellent. They were always ready to assist with any request. I felt welcome and taken care of. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The amount of lighting inside the room was good, both natural and electric. The bath and shower was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a well organised layout and the food was tasty. I like the easy access to subway or bus. They even had free ice cream hour. This is wonderful for the kids. The cleaning service was great and the views were wonderful. One of our rooms had a small balcony. That was good. The staffs were friendly and courteous here. I also appreciated the orchids throughout the hotel. There were dozens of orchids. We even had one inside our room. These brightened my day. They also gave my kids free origami kits. That was a nice touch.
